Save one for Jesus values your privacy. We ensure that your personal data is always treated confidentially and in accordance with applicable privacy laws (such as the AVG). In this statement you can read how we do this.
What personal data do we process?

We process the following personal data.

Visits to our website

When you visit our website, we process the following personal data:

Your IP address
Your name, e-mail address, phone number if you fill out our contact form
Other personal data that you enter in the contact form.
Why do we use your personal data and what is the legal basis?

We process only the personal data necessary for the purpose of Save one for Jesus, which is to protect unborn life. We explain this in more detail below.

Website

When you visit the website we process your IP address to make our website function properly and accessible to you. The legal basis for this is the legitimate interest of our organization, namely accessibility of our website.

When you fill out our contact form on the website, we process the data you enter in order to provide you with the best possible service and answer your questions.

We also use the e-mail address you enter on our website to send you news updates about our mission about once every three months, if you have signed up for this.

The legal basis for this is primarily your consent. This is because you have given us this personal data yourself. Secondly, the legal basis is the legitimate interest of our organization. After all, we want to provide you with the best possible service.

You want to withdraw your consent?

You can always withdraw consent to receive our news releases. You can do this by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link of the news message in question. We will then no longer send you news releases.

Are you obliged to provide us with the personal data mentioned above?

You are not obliged to provide us with the personal data mentioned above. However, if you do not provide the personal data in question, we are unlikely to be able to serve you.

Retention periods:

We do not retain your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary for the purpose of processing. We use the following retention periods:

IP address: up to 6 months after your website visit
Any administrative data: 7 years (tax retention obligation)
In some cases a longer retention period applies, for example in connection with legal proceedings.

Confidentiality

We treat your personal data confidentially. Personal data is only processed by persons with a duty of confidentiality.

Sharing data with other organizations

In certain cases it is necessary to share your personal data with third parties, for example:

Our ICT administrator;
Our bookkeeper/accountant for preparing the annual accounts;
When it is necessary to have personal data processed by processors (such as our ICT administrator) we always ensure that agreements about security etc. are recorded in writing.

We do not pass on personal data to organizations based outside the European Economic Area.

Security of Personal Data

We ensure the security of your personal data. We take appropriate measures to prevent abuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification. We store the personal data we process in a secure database.

Our website is also secured by, among other things, an SSL certificate.

Our website makes use of cookies. Cookies are small text files that are stored on the hard drive of your computer when you visit our website. This allows you to be recognized as a visitor the next time you visit our website. This facilitates your login. When you visit our website we inform you about the use of cookies.

We use functional cookies to make the website function properly. We also use anonymous analytical cookies to gain insight into visitor numbers, etc., so that we can optimally deploy and improve our website. We do not use tracking cookies. The legal basis for the use of these cookies is the legitimate interest of our organization (a properly functioning website).

You have the right, with respect to the processing of your personal data, to make the following requests:

  • Request for deletion
  • Request for rectification
  • Request for restriction of processing
  • Request for transferability of personal data
  • You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data with us.

The aforementioned request or objection can be addressed to info@saveoneforjesus.com. We request that you enclose a copy of a valid identity document, whereby we recommend that you cross out your BSN. We will respond to your request or objection as soon as possible and in any case within 1 month.

If you are of the unexpected opinion that we do not respond properly to your request or objection, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

We do not give permission to make a copy of this privacy statement and copying is therefore prohibited.

Algemene voorwaarden

Artikel 1: Definities 
1.1 Stichting Save One for Jesus (hierna: “de Stichting”): een non-profit organisatie gericht op het bieden van hulp aan jonge moeders die problemen hebben om hun kinderen een veilige en gezonde toekomst te geven, ongeacht hun geloofsovertuiging. De Stichting werkt internationaal, met name in het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en het Caribische gebied.

1.2 Donateur: elke natuurlijke persoon of rechtspersoon die een donatie doet aan de Stichting.

1.3 Donatie: een financiële bijdrage, eenmalig of terugkerend, zonder tegenprestatie van de Stichting.

Artikel 2: Toepasselijkheid 
2.1 Deze algemene voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op alle donaties aan de Stichting.

Artikel 3: Donaties 
3.1 Donateurs kunnen kiezen tussen een eenmalige donatie of een terugkerende maandelijkse donatie.

3.2 Terugkerende donaties worden automatisch maandelijks afgeschreven tot wederopzegging door de donateur.

3.3 Een donatie kan te allen tijde stopgezet worden door een schriftelijk verzoek (per email) aan info@saveoneforjesus.com.

3.4 Bij terugkerende donaties geldt een opzegtermijn van maximaal 1 maand.

Artikel 4: Gebruik van Donaties 
4.1 De Stichting verbindt zich ertoe alle ontvangen donaties te gebruiken ten behoeve van haar doelstellingen, zoals het bieden van hulp aan jonge moeders voor een veilige en gezonde toekomst voor hun kinderen, ongeacht hun geloofsovertuiging, en dit zowel binnen het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden als in het Caribische gebied.

4.2 De Stichting behoudt zich het recht voor om te bepalen welke projecten of activiteiten worden gefinancierd met de ontvangen donaties.

4.3 De stichting zal ieder jaar een financiële verantwoording afleggen middels een jaarverslag.

Artikel 5: Privacy 
5.1 De Stichting respecteert de privacy van alle donateurs en gaat vertrouwelijk om met persoonsgegevens conform de geldende privacywetgeving.

5.2 Persoonsgegevens worden niet zonder toestemming van de donateur aan derden verstrekt, tenzij de Stichting hiertoe wettelijk verplicht is.

Artikel 6: Aansprakelijkheid 
6.1 De Stichting kan niet aansprakelijk worden gesteld voor enige directe of indirecte schade die voortvloeit uit of in verband staat met een gedane donatie, tenzij er sprake is van opzet of grove schuld van de Stichting.

Artikel 7: Wijzigingen 
7.1 De Stichting behoudt zich het recht voor deze algemene voorwaarden te wijzigen. De meest actuele versie is altijd beschikbaar op de website van de Stichting.
